I live in the East Hills neighborhood of Grand Rapids. When my heater went down, I had to act fast and decide if I wanted to invest in central A/C at the same time. I got 4 different quotes and Home Heating and Cooling was able to beat all of them. They provided the best quality of product and reliable service. Their crew is professional and they did a nice job installing my new furnace, humidifier, and A/C unit. Creature comfort to the max!

First called them 10/23/2023 for furnace failure - they were here within an hour. Replaced thermostat 12/18/2025. They replaced my 34 year old furnace 12/24/2025 - six hours later finished. Very polite and professional! Cost was well under other estimate!

Home Heating and Cooling was the third HVAC company I called on Monday Dec. 29 to come look at my furnace and the only one that was able to come out the same day. Josh arrived and did a diagnostic inspection and determined my heat exchangers were going bad (22 year old furnace) and would need to be replaced. Within a half hour of Josh leaving Austin arrived with some space heaters for me to stay warm and discussed replacement and cost. Austin was also very knowledgeable about local gas company rebates and tax deductions I would be able to receive on different models. He sent me a quote and said he could have a crew out December 30 to install. The quote was very reasonable. Antonio's crew arrived early Tuesday morning and was done by 2pm. They were very professional and I am grateful for the quick turn around. Would highly recommend

I would recommend this business for your heating and cooling needs. Dave, Antonio, and Ken replaced my 40 year old boiler with a new high efficiency modulating unit that works great. The work is well done and they are very responsive to questions and calls. They were also very respectful of my home and didn’t trash it coming in and out by making sure everything was covered and protected. Really impressed with them and will be using them again for air conditioning installation.
